I found Fastlane in Boundry Rd St Helens a very professional company to deal with. I had the timing chains replaced at 106,000 miles on my Disco sport. They were very clear about price and time and Luke kept me informed throughout the process. They also checked some work that another garage had told me needed to be done. However Fastlane discovered this wasn’t necessary and reduced my bill accordingly. Very honest ! Great job ! 👍🏻

I took my car to Fastlane for a full service, and I was really impressed with how thorough they were. The staff were polite, patient, and very clear in explaining everything they found. They identified quite a few issues I hadn’t realised were there and gave me a detailed breakdown of the costs. Unfortunately, the repairs are a bit out of my budget right now, but I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. My car broke down when I was going to work around 0800 am.i searched on Google for mobile mechanics in emergency. Most of the mechanics refused to fix my problem, however I called Tony, he send the mechanic in just 30 minutes. Great service, went in for a NSR indicator bulb replacing on my sons car and we discovered a wiring fault. We needed the fault fixing same day for driving test the next day, they had a full diary but managed to squeeze us in and get the job done. Very Professional service at a fair price

Amazing service by Mark and Kev. I rang for assistance as lots of different lights had appeared on my dash. I was worried it was going to be something serious and was dreading the cost. I was charged £54.95 and for two hours of work and a fixed car I think that’s a very fair price and by far the cheapest garage I’ve ever been to. One month later and my car is running perfectly. I was also impressed by all of the COVID secure procedures in place. I will definitely be a returning customer, but I’m hoping it won’t be for a while!!

Very happy 1st time customer, I was all in a tizz thinking my timing belt was about to snap. I gave the shop a call, was asked to bring the car straight round. Put at ease and diagnosed straight away as the auxiliary belt (phew!). My lovely mechanic (forgot to ask your name) ordered my part and fitted it within an hour. He even diagnosed a couple of possible issues to check before my next MOT. These guys treat your car as their own. Great prices, Great work and Friendly Professional staff. I called the Fast Fit Centre because I my Toyota Aygo's battery wasn't keeping a charge and I was getting frustrated dealing with my nearest garage. The phone was answered by Mark who put an order in for a replacement, and the next day a friendly beardy mechanic called Dave swapped my dud out for the new one and gave my alternator a test for my peace of mind. Called the guys earlier to help me with a flat tyre, as promised John arrived within the hour and fitted a brand new tyre on my Fiat 500. Great service and polite staff who go the extra mile. The tyre was changed very quickly and he even checked my other tyres and pumped them up to the right pressure. Called in today after work with a problem on the off chance I could get a booking, not only did Gareth and Mark help me out they stayed after hours to resolve my problem. Can't thank these guys enough because I never expected my car to be fixed there and then after being at 4 previous garages including main dealer! Nothing was too much of a problem and despite only finishing at 7pm they insisted on honouring an NHS discount they have in place and charged less than a quarter i have forked out previously! These guys really take pride in their work, want to help and know their stuff! I will be back with the my dodge viper after the work you did tonight on my BMW. Good garages are hard to find but these guys are worth the wait in time and worth their weight in gold!

Just had a Diesel Night Heater installed and I must say the level of professionalism and how neat the job is has left me speechless. This is the best place to take your BMW in Merseyside and that is a fact! I took my BMW to 1 other garage (no names mentioned) in St Helens to be told it needed an engine. 45 minutes these guys had it for and it was completely fixed! turns out it was a pipe! I have nothing but praise for this garage. Helped my elderly father out with his car, which he is very attached to. Charged only a minimal amount for fixing and informed my dad that it wasn't cost effective to carry out all of the repairs he was insistent on having when they could have just taken his money.
