Exteriors
We offer a shot blasting process that leaves the body free of rust, filler and any other old repairs on the shell. We then go over the body & chassis with a fine-tooth comb and repair any rusted areas with either; new, handmade or rust free parts. Any dents will be pulled out where possible and all repairs will be finished to as near a metal finish as possible to minimise the use of filler in the final stages before the application of high-build primer and top quality paint.

All of our interior unit systems and build from lightweight plywood, which is something you will often see in more modern camper vans to reduce weight, but we find the range of finishes this material is available in is vast, the wood is hard-wearing and above all, it is lighter than most of the materials used in the construction of a classic camper van interior.
This lightweight wood is turned from sheet material into an interior using our own in-house CNC machine, which provides above all accuracy so you know the fit and finish of the units will be the best. We are happy to work with you and design a bespoke package or even make changes to one of the standard range so that it works for you.
